You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days via standard USPS mail. If ordering from outside the US your order may take up to a few weeks to arrive. Before contacting tuned in. about your order's arrival, check the tracking number emailed to you, if provided.
Returns & Exchanges
In order to receive a refund, a request must be sent via email to [email protected] and within 15 days of the order date. All returning items much be in brand new, ready for resale condition. Meaning they cannot be worn or washed. Your shipping charge will not be refunded. All exchanges must be for the same product in another size or color. Exchanging items also need to be in brand new, ready for resale condition. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
